ContextDaddy now remains available through a native menu after its main window closes. The menu reopens the review window, refreshes only local context, reports never-scanned/running/failed/ready state and the last successful scan, and reviews ongoing model-owned work before quitting.

Integrates the useful menu/visual-helper work from the old branch against current main while preserving current title-bar styling and the CI pin. The original allowance edits are already on main; the stale checkout and historical branches are preserved. Unused notification helpers are excluded. Owner selected direction A from three rendered previews.

Validation: 26 native/model tests and 138 core tests passed (existing opt-in snapshot skip); optimized build passed; Fleet v2 preflight/completion passed. Fresh native window renders cover 960×640, 1180×740 and 1440×900. Interactive synthetic fixture verified Open, close, refresh disabling, timestamps, Keep Running and Quit Anyway. A test-only window exposed the unchanged menu body because the automation tool could not inspect a status item with no window open; it is absent from production. Provider/runtime availability and published/installed updates remain separate.

Closes #19. No deployment or release.
