There was a bit when StosVPN (and therefore SideStore) only supported iOS 16+, this slipped through the cracks during another PR because i forgot to reset my branch. My mistake! Fixes #76
Also fixes pairing walkthrough, replaces sideserver links with altserver for consistency (also because sideserver died), and removes WireGuard Configs since stosvpn works.

I'd prefer if you got rid of the merge commit and squashed your changes into one commit

Isn't there a squash and merge button? I can try it, but I've never really learned GitHub Desktop.
EDIT: It's throwing errors when i try to squash because of the merge commit

Yes there is. But the merge commit would still exist (which I know others may currently be in the commit history of the repo but it's something I really don't like to see.)
