Add emoji in a several spots so they stand out more

I found it kinda hard to easily scan the output of a workflow. We already use emoji in a few spots, so I figure, why not more?

I also removed the 'starting workflow' message, since it's kind of implied.

I really like this idea, scanning the output can be quite difficult.

Can you move the emojis into constants in a centralized file, so we can give them specific names for the job they're doing? That will help us keep them consistent in future usages.
