Library forces consumers to use TypeScript's esModuleInterop compiler option #707

Current behavior
Type checking of "flash-list" props fail in consumers' projects when they use TypeScript with esModuleInterop with its default value.
Expected behavior
@shopify/flash-list should be usable in a TypeScript project with the default TypeScript compiler options.
