Reanimated Support

What

We want to achieve to things:

• Assess compatibility and perf impact (e.g, Benchmark Swipeable with FlashList #198)
• Provide reasonable support with new APIs if necessary.
• Layout animation support is the most important.

If there are significant performance problems we should call it out.

We expect most of reanimated to work within FlashList components. The current limitation is around LayoutAnimations for list children. We plan on supporting #362 (CellRendererComponent) which will enable SWM to add support. In case we need to do it we can do so using the same prop.
