v1.3.0: fix: rename slscan to security scan (#20)

Rename to simplify

The product is simply called slscan now on GitHub marketplace.

Version 1.0.0 release

First release. We are launching with the following features and languages on not just GitHub but across pipelines - Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, Google CloudBuild ... you name it we support it.
