Describe the bug / error

We are using modern search results web part to return SharePoint Search for long time and it was working in the past.

Since some time there is a problem with showing all thumbnails pictures on the search result. It happend in the past already and was fixed here but now it appears again:

Example:

Currently using PnP Modern Search v4.16.0 but the same issue appears also with older version.

I already contacted Microsoft support but after detailed checking as it couldn't be reproduced within the SPO out of the box search result, the engineer couldn't help me and asked to reach out to you.

We are using it on a SPO modern intranet page with 10k users. Please help or fix it asap.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new incl. thumbnail picture
2. SharePoint Framework/ PnP Modern Search v4.16.0 search result webpart will not show the thumbnail picture for some random news
3. SPO out of the box search result is not affected so Microsoft denied support

Expected behavior

All thumbnail pictures should be visible

I'm seeing the same thing with v4.16. Sure makes the results less interesting. Any ETA on a fix?

Nobody is taking care about it.... so sad and unprofessional.
