Command set extension is no longer visible in the context menu (ECB)

The original problem (#10121) has been closed, so I need to create a new one, since the problem has appeared to me and to other people (see the original problem)

Using the ListView Command Set to display commands both in the command bar and in the context menu. Suddenly the commands in the context menu (ECB) are not visible anymore

I have the same issue. I was in 1.19.0. The "top command bar menu" displays my menu, but the "context menu" doesn't display my menu anymore. Try to update to 1.21.1, but nothing changed. My location is "ClientSideExtension.ListViewCommandSet" that should display "Both the context menu and the command bar" (as it was functioning couple of days ago).
I have the problem in my dev environment. Until now, the tenant where it is deployed (for prod) continues to display my menu in both locations.
