* Updated solution to VS2012 * Standardised formatting * Converted all SQL queries to fluent style (away from string style) * Renamed nortwind to northwind and fixed links * Optimized images (save a bit of disk space / lossless compression) * Removed references to lib folder, replaced with NugetPackages (simplify keeping things up-to-date) * Converted all obsolete usages to current type. --Chris McKee

Hey Chris, you might've had an old copy of this repo as GitHub is saying this is dirty and can't be merged cleanly. Can you try re-syncing with master and issuing a new pull-req? |
