Utilisez une version de python >= 3.10
Vous devez installer Python 3 https://www.python.org/downloads/
(choisissez l'installation avec pip, et cocher la case pour ajouter Python au PATH)
Ensuite, pour installer les librairies nécessaires, ouvrez un invité de commande (cmd) ou un terminal et lancer :
python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
