Bug Fix: Fix bug introduced in v1.8.4 where images in a single folder were ignored

What?

• Fix bug where images not in a subfolder would be skipped for multispectral cameras

Why?

• The tool should be able to process individual folders as it was previously able to prior to v1.8.4.
