Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

I upgraded my jspm dependencies in my application and now semantic is broken, as it can't find jQuery, which is exported as a cjs module, and is not available in the global namespace.

Well, the problem seems to be with jspm as it is installing jQuery 3.0.0, even though the dependency given is ^2.1.4. @guybedford
