Add chart parameter ingress.paths to configure custom paths

Motivation and Context

• Pull out pathType Prefix in template to chart parameter ingress.pathType. User can change to ImplementationSpecific if needed.
• Add chart parameter ingress.paths is used to override default path config with input list. For example, in a case extra paths can be set from chart values.yaml [🐛 Bug]: Video Live Streaming of Node Test Executions runs to a blank page on Kubernetes #1991 (comment)
• Resolve for [🐛 Bug]: Simple document change for getting Helm charts working #1810
  • Update default value `` for ingress.hostname. It would act as a catch-all for requests without a specific hostname. It is suitable for beginner users with a basic setup locally (without hostname configured). The Grid UI view can be accessed via the host IP. Advanced users they can change another hostname and do extra configs accordingly.
• Update chart README for config parameters basicAuth.
