Because controllers in our applications use JaResource it compiles this into the controllers and they fail with warnings on elixir 1.14
mix format Need to ensure ecto.changeset is compiled
Add message about what to do when that happens.

update dependencies to versions that are 1.15 compatible update record/2 to have a string and int version
