When many chart repositories were initially added to Artifact Hub, Helm project administrators were set as the default owners. As a result, Helm administrators receive automated notifications for the seldon repository:

We confirmed that the charts served from https://storage.googleapis.com/seldon-charts originate from Seldon's repositories, including:
https://github.com/SeldonIO/seldon-core
