issue with kick bot not working

ive done everything it told me to my notifications is on and i get no pop up please help me get this working

it is fine i was able to get it someone else helped me i appreciate it very much. i watch another streamer that recently uploaded a vod 23 mins ago was more helpful than the others the others were doing some weird crap that dont work such as messing with the encoder and stuff. this was the streamer i watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q71r9k6iXOE <3
