support for --platform manylinux2014_x86_64 and --only-binary=:all: for 0.6.0?

I am using pip3 install --platform manylinux2014_x86_64 --target . --python-version 3.12 --only-binary=:all: pgpy to then upload to AWS Lambda. Looks like the above command installs 0.5.4 and there's no version for 0.6.0. Can you let me know if there's going to 0.6.0?
