while you are at it, can you move all the saintspeak specific things to their own locale files under _Crescent. if none exist then just make one.
Moves saintspact speech verb from Resources\Locale\en-us\chat\managers\chat-manager.ftl to Resources\Locale\en-US\_Crescent\languages\languages.ftl and files it under the saintspace segment rather than creating a new file for one line. Moves the saintspact language from Resources\Prototypes\Language\FactionSpecific\saintspact.yml to Resources\Locale\en-US\_Crescent\languages\saintspact.yml

This moves the saintspact-specific items to _Crescent, the changes to psionic chat in general (which change the text feedback for all psionic talk from "John Moth: I really love Romaine" to "John Moth communes: I really love Romaine") are left where they should be. Upstream flag is likely as a result of the saintspact yml file being moved under the _Crescent umbrella from it's previous home in the generic prototypes language folder. |

Description
Changes saintspeak verb from 'Forebodingly' to 'communes'. Forebodingly isn't a verb.
Adds 'communes' to the channel message, so instead of 'John Hyperborea: I really hate felinids', it's 'John Hyperborea communes: I really hate felinids'. Probably.
This doesn't stop the duplication of messages for saintspeak, where you'll say it and it's heard locally but it's also Big And Purple in telepathy. I'm not going to fix that here. Suffer. If anything goes wrong, it'll be as a result of the psionic-chat.ftl file change.
