use username to save ApplicationLayout in local storage

Background

currently we are saving ApplicationLayout in local storage with key api/vui

Work Required

• add username to key for applicationLayout in local storage

Notes

• test this on sample app as well as on showcase (sample app uses actual user entities and showcase uses hardcoded user)
