Update: This is working, it just gets disabled to implement file import - not sure why this is written in a way that's mutually exclusive

Should look at this. I spun my wheels on this in the 5.1 update after having forgotten this was a known issue... Will have to dig into the code to see why this is disabled, but it seems like we should be able to keep the new asset type available to be created in editor as well as having an asset that gets created on import.
