Description
These benchmarks have been offering minimal value, as close to 100% of the time the performance shifts are false positives.
So far we have unable to work out a 'proper' solution. In the meantime I am using
@on_demand_benchmarkto stop them polluting our CI runs.Closes #5479, #5510
