Description
This PR creates a common symbolic link on RTD to access the underlying RTD
condaenvironment.This is to allow one means for the
cf-unitsuser-defined environment variables to access the variouscondaenvironments which maybe named aslatest,stableor by thecf-unitsversion e.g.,3.1.1.
