Can't update packages that have JuliaSimCompiler in their dependencies

For different packages like JuliaSimCompiler in it's latest version or ModelingToolkit, Multibody,... in the version compatible with JuliasimCopiler, it seems that there has been a breaking change.

This likely should be reported to JuliaSimCompiler. Something appears to be deving a branch that doesn't exist.

Yes, though that was deprecated and never updated to Julia v1.10 , so it's not going to work. If you're trying Multibody then you need to go to very old versions or wait for the non JSC release, hopefully like 2 months away
