Motivation / Current Behaviour

Bc the Calculation of the RateE and RateINS are hard to understand, we should use them directly.
Also, the given constraints for the parameters IncubationTime and SerialInterval are a bit random and not well explained.

Enhancement description

Remove the parameters IncubationTime and SerialInterval and use the Times / Rates directly as parameters.
