Actually I'm not sure the criteria here, it seems GitHub is only counting the commits since May. Maybe it's just 1/2/8/16?
EDIT: thanks to the example from https://github.com/Rongronggg9?achievement=pair-extraordinaire&tab=achievements, there's a high chance the criteria is just 1/2/3/4 or 1/2/4/8. Notice how they archived tier 3 at 2022-05-27T19:53:41Z
and tier 4 closely followed at 2022-05-28T00:55:58Z
.
