Accomodate -Verbose to provide useful runtime information

Leverage Write-Verbose for things like incoming params and vars and Write-Debug for working through things.

Ok, so -Debug wouldn't be something we would use outside of testing, based on researching how -Debug works with confirmations. So this would be something used during dev to check values during testing of cmdlet function. The drive here is to provide some useful information to the pipeline while the code is being run.
