3D parallel computation

Background

mlab.figure() does not work inside of ProcessPoolExecutor.submit(), so the parallel computing for 3D is not working.

Watch out:
As g is proportional to N * a_s/w_x, changing g, means V, g_qf are different (maybe other variables too)
