For locally setting this project run these commands

git clone https://github.com/Saurabh2862/Byteverse_Kaalki-warriors_U_R_Normal.git

cd hackNITP_INQUERA

npm install

cd backend

npm install

nodemon index.js

open new terminal for frontend and run these commands

npm run start

After running this command you can see the backend running on port 5000 and ReactJS on port 300

Fronted and backend running on different port and different terminals
