Loginbuddy is meant to take on all OAuth and OpenID Connect related tasks that are needed to build an application that leverages OpenID Connect based logins (social login).
To try out and learn all about Loginbuddy, follow these steps:
- Quick Start: get the samples project running locally, add a new OpenID Provider in minutes ... The documentation for people who do not read documentations!
- Latest and Greatest: a list of the newest additions
- Deployment: suggested scenarios for deploying and using Loginbuddy
- Configuration: configuration guide for clients and OpenID Providers (OP)
- Development: tips on how to start developing with Loginbuddy
- Protocols: explanation of supported protocols and endpoints (inbound/ outbound)
- Code Examples a list of use cases explaining which deployment model to chose when and how, reference code and configuration examples
- Breaking Changes if new features break existing behavior this document shows how they can be adopted or ignored
- Loginbuddy and Lets Encrypt a suggestion on how to leverage Let's Encrypt for receiving a valid TLS certificate
Loginbuddy includes configuration templates for these providers:
- GitHub
- Sign In with Apple
- PingOne (Ping Identity)
- Amazon (Login with Amazon)
- Spotify
- OpenID Dynamic registration
- self-issued
You can add support for other OpenID compliant (and almost compliant) providers through configurations in just a few minutes, no coding required!
