Constrained or Simultaneous Fit doesn't start t

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Load a few data sets
2. Click on Constrained or Simultaneous Fit from Fitting menu
3. See error:

The window can now open thanks to #3366, but errors are thrown on fit as noted in #3370. Closing this
