TypeScript 7 is the native (Go) compiler. typescript-eslint and tsup's declaration build need the JavaScript compiler API it removes, so #55 failed lint, type-check and the core build. Taking it is a migration, not a bump. @types/node must match the oldest Node the code runs on (engines >= 22; Electron 44 ships Node 24). #60 proposed v26, whose types would let code call APIs that do not exist at runtime: it type-checks, then crashes. Both are now ignored for semver-major updates only; their minor and patch releases still arrive in the grouped PRs, and either can be moved by hand.

typescriptmajors. chore(deps-dev): bump the dev-tooling group with 2 updates #55 moved TypeScript 6 → 7, which is the native Go compiler. typescript-eslint and tsup's declaration build depend on the JavaScript compiler API that TS 7 removes, so lint, type-check and the core build all failed. Adopting TS 7 is a migration to plan on purpose.@types/nodemajors. chore(deps-dev): bump @types/node from 22.20.4 to 26.6.4 #60 proposed v26. The app supports Node ≥ 22 and Electron 44 runs Node 24.21. Types newer than the runtime let code call APIs that don't exist there: it type-checks, then crashes. Bump the types by hand when the supported runtime moves.Only semver-major updates are ignored, so minor and patch releases of both still arrive in the grouped PRs. #55 and #60 are being closed in favour of this change. turbo 2.11.7 (the other half of #55) will come back in a later grouped PR.
