Hi,
I make some changes :

• Improve the design (remove boostrap and the long list with a select box)
• Avoid CORS error (if we have a CORS error, load the spaceapi.net/cache/ url)
• Add an about page
• French l10n
• Add a README

In the future, I will add a map to find a hackerspace by region
