🛠 Installation Steps

1️⃣ Unlock Bootloader

• Enable OEM Unlocking in Developer Options.

2️⃣ Enter DOWNLOAD Mode

• Reboot your device into DOWNLOAD mode.
• When the flashing warning appears, hold Volume Down + Power.

3️⃣ Extract the PIT File from the CSC Archive

• Download and extract the firmware file.
• Locate the CSC file (usually a .tar.md5 file).
• Extract this file using 7-Zip or a similar tool.
• Find and extract the PIT file from the extracted contents.

4️⃣ Flash the PIT File via Odin

• Open Odin.
• Click the PIT button and select the extracted PIT file.
• Go to the Options tab and checkmark:
  • ✅ Re-Partition
  • ✅ Nand Erase
  • ❌ Auto Reboot (Uncheck this option)
• Click Start and wait for Odin to flash the PIT file.
• Once the process is complete, you should see the PASS message.

5️⃣ Flash TWRP and vbmeta via Odin

• Keep Odin open.
• Reboot your device into DOWNLOAD mode.
• When the flashing warning appears, hold Volume Up + Power.
• Click the AP button and select the corresponding TWRP.tar file.
• Click on USERDATA and choose the patched vbmeta image.
• Once everything is set, click Start to begin the flashing process.

6️⃣ Factory Reset via TWRP

• After Odin finishes, reboot your device into Recovery (TWRP) mode. (Hold Volume Down + Power)
• From TWRP, go to Wipe > Format Data and type YES in the space provided.
• Then hit the checkmark situated at the bottom right and wait for the wipe to complete.
• Once done, go to Advanced Wipe and select:
  • ✅ Dalvik
  • ✅ Cache
  • ✅ Data
• Then perform a right swipe to wipe these partitions.

7️⃣ Transfer the GSI ROM

• Connect your device to your computer and use ADB:

adb push ./lineage-21.0-20xxxx.img /sdcard/

8️⃣ Install the GSI via TWRP

• Return to the TWRP main menu.
• Tap Install.
• Select Image at the bottom, navigate to your SD card, and choose the GSI IMG file.
• When prompted, select System Image and swipe to confirm the installation.

9️⃣ Reboot

• Once the installation completes, tap Reboot System in TWRP.
• Note: The reboot process may take longer than usual and might appear stalled — please be patient.
