- Constructs an isil control flow graph when analysing a method
- Adds an output format plugin to dump graph dot files. Can be browsed using a variety of tools
- Removes old unused files that are cluttering up the project
- Adds a step to process blocks to enable further processing of instructions
- A small bug fix or two

Wasn't sure about the best way to go about these block processors. It was added as a sort of afterthought. Happy to remove and revisit it later.
