Inconsistency between ItsDescription and FlowDescription on datatable in Flow tab page

When reviewing Flows, the datatable presents information (2 columns) about description that may seem inconsistent

• its description
• Flow description

To Reproduce, open a flow with no description, click the cog icon to fill in a description (in this case "Description"), and save
Then in OrgCheck, click on the Flow tab, filter on the Flow name you have modified.

• the "its descriprion" column shows the value "Description"
• although the "Flow description" column shows a warning telling there is no description

This works as expected.

Flows in metadata are stored with two levels of granularity.

The Flow Definition is the top entity which represents your flow globally.
It contains all the fields like name, label, description etc... but not the content of the flow like the nodes and all.

Under the flow definition you will have multiple versions.
In a version you have a name, a version number, a description (diff from the flow definition) and the list of nodes from your implementation of that version of the flow.

You can have only no more than one active flow version per flow definition.
And that active version is the one mentioned by "its created date", "its modified date", "its description", etc.

The column "flow description" is the description of your flow definition (the top entity of the flow)
The column "its definition" is the description of the activated flow version of that flow definition.

In short everything needs to be described. Flow definition and Flow versions.

Example of a flow that has no description on both levels

Flow Detail: description is empty
Flow versions: the description of the only version is also empty

in org check i see the two column as "no description"

If i update the descrption of the flow details (definition) in salesforce then i see

Refresh in org check and you see the description was set correclty

I changed back the description of the flow definition (back to empty)
and then deactive the version and try to update the description of the version (in the builder)

but apparently a flow that WAS activated can't be modified ??
