More of a question/clarification than an issue - Flow - Not referenced anywhere

What is the definition of flow "not referenced anywhere"? What functionality is used here?

If it is the dependency API, we know that it does in identifying the autolaunched subflows being called by other flows. Is that correct?

If Org Check supports that it would be closing a big gap.

indeed org check is using the dependency api to get that information.
