Description

This spike met with a "tragic end" as documented here in the Quip doc for the spike but adding this PR just as an example / documentation of progress made

In the end, ChunkExtractor (which is required for @loadable to work server side) has no SSR equivalent in Tanstack Router. It is actively being developed as part of Tanstack Start but that will require Vite, which PWA Kit does not support.

Much to be thought about / decided regarding the various aging dependencies in the project.
