[FIX] Rename event gets disabled when `F2` shortcut key is pressed with no file selected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press F2 key while no file is selected.
2. Select a file and try to rename it.

Current behavior:
The rename functionality stops working. It doesn't work from toolbar, context menu or F2 shortcut.

Expected behavior:
Renaming functionality should work for selected file or folder.
