How To Download?

Rather simple.

Open the designated folder of the aircraft that you want to install (in our case its 737-300)

Select the livery that you want to install from the readme.md, and click on the picture of that livery or the name of that livery.

NOTE! THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING CUSTOM LIVERIES HAS CHANGED A BIT, SO MAYBE IT WON'T BE THAT HELPFUL.
