Video interactions fail on the native client #2151

Describe the bug

When uploading a video from within the app, the video thumbnail is blank and fails to play once sent
When attempting to play a video, it will fail to load immediately, retrying does not fix
This is Tauri-related, and applies to sable-next as well

Reproduction

Uploading:

Go to any channel
Attach a video (e.g. mp4)
Send the video

Playing:

Go to any channel with a video
Attempt to play the video

Expected behavior

No response

Platform and versions

OS: Ultramarine Linux (Fedora 44)
Browser: Tauri app
Sable version: v1.22.10
Matrix homeserver: matrix.org

Unconfirmed whether this is Linux only or affects the client in general
