Remove requirement to tab complete / commands #2049

Describe the problem
Sable should be able to tell it is a command by the fact it starts with / instead of requiring the user to press Tab just to type /me slaps Johnny with a trout
Describe the solution you'd like
Determin if the input is an action by the start of the line, not by tab complete

Honestly I would rather have this an option than anything. Markup already borked some emotes (like
>:-(creating a quote), and parsing everything that starts with a forward slash as a command is something I personally would not want
