Likely the acquisition will just crash if the stage is asked to go to an x/y position that is not allowed. Maybe the easiest way is just to make laster water baths and not worry about this scenario?

It's easy enough to test this with dummy components so should do so. Get it working. We might need it if we more aggressively increase box size. It's still a good idea to get bigger water baths, however.

Let's fully implement #300 first and then go back to deciding how to deal with this problem. It would be reasonable, for instance. To implement it but removing a row of tiles on the offending side then re-centering the ROI on the sample. Then trying again. This may not be optimal, but the point here is to rescue the acquisition. Ultimately the user needs to correctly place the sample in the area and/or we need a bath that makes it not possible for the sample to be at risk of clipping.
