Consider not running linearController.isAxisReady every time a motion is requested

This is almost certainly over-kill and sucks up time. We can consider removing it. This should be carefully tested in case it has unintended consequences.

We can add it as a setting with a property such as disabledAxisReadyCheckDuringBake
