Add diagraming capability

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title
• I have verified that I am running the latest version of the SysML2.NET
• I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported

Description

I would like to have diagramming capability for the web application. When I would browse the model I would see the currently viewed element in a form of a class diagram with the properties, and also a it's place if it is part of an inheritance tree, similar to the one we have
in the OMG's UML (or sysml) specification.

Example: https://www.omg.org/spec/UML/2.5.1/PDF ,page 209 in the PDF.

It would be also nice to have a single diagram with all the elements which can be zoomed, panned, and when an item would be selected, then the documentation could jump to the description of that particular element.
