Walked through all the email templates.

The benefits of using Copilot Studio to automate emails are:

• You can quickly send automated emails when you cannot or inconvenient to use a computer, e.g. sick.
• More smooth and comfortable use experience - Quicker and unified

Below are the email templates I suggested to automated by priority.

Notes: We can't automate emails if the image is a must. Because Copilot Studio implements forms using Adaptive Cards and it doesn't support image upload yet.
