Pain

Redesign and implement the new homepage for the Rules (Gatsby) project to match the new SSW branding. The new design should include dark mode, more imagery, room for animation, search and filtering capabilities, access to quick links, and calls to action.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The homepage should be redesigned to match the new SSW branding.
2. The new design should include a dark mode.
3. The homepage should feature more imagery and room for animation.
4. Search and filtering capabilities should be implemented.
5. Quick links should be easily accessible from the homepage.
6. Calls to action should be prominently displayed.

1. URL to the figma mockup so I can look at it more closely and approve
2. I like the default being Dark Mode, but you should be able to change it back to normal via button at the top - same at RuleGPT
