Pain

Investigate and fix the issue causing RulesGPT to malfunction after the 'Rules (Content)' page migrated to TinaCMS.

Acceptance Criteria

1. RulesGPT functions correctly and provides accurate answers based on the vector database.
2. Links to SSW rules are correctly generated and accessible.
3. No errors occur when accessing the 'Rules (Content)' page.

Reproduce Steps

1. Access the RulesGPT system.
2. Attempt to query the vector database for SSW rules.
3. Observe any errors or malfunctions in the system's response.
4. Check the links generated by RulesGPT to ensure they are correct and accessible.
