Resolves #194 by introducing a new `capabilities` object within the `START` monitoring event. This enables correlation between playback issues and the DRM capabilities of affected devices, helping Q&A engineers troubleshoot. - update `MONITORING.md` - add `capabilities` to the _START event data_ table - add a new _Capabilities_ section describing the structure for `widevine`, `fairPlay`, `playReady`, and `clearKey`, including `level` and `hdcp` - update the example `START` event payload to include a sample `capabilities` object - update `start-schema.json` - add the `capabilities` property (with nested DRM-specific objects) to the `data` schema
