Windows_SSH_Enhanced

This is an edited version of the original wizard released in NagiosXI 5.11.1 meant as a bug-fix/clean-up of the original.

Intent

During a deep dive of the wizard as released I found some inconsistencies that I felt should be resolved.

Object template inheritance
Host Checks TCP Port vs. ICMP Ping
- Missing Windows Server ICMP Template
Metric Name vs Values Evaluated

I also added a plugin for evaluating Processor Time
