Sprint #1 Review

What went well?

Everyone communicated well and we understood our own and each others' strengths and weaknesses.

What went wrong?

People weren't working/communicating well at the start.

What could be done differently?

Divide the work up a bit more and be available to others when/if they need help.

Actions:

• So that everybody works an equal amount of time, the following requirements will be divided evenly among the team members: Warning to prevent use while driving, Information button on each view, Require updates for the newest version, Functionality to search for the closest spot, Collect payment information, Submit payment for the parking spot, and See All Available Parking Spot.
• Give more opportunities to everyone else.
• Talk more effectively
• Take time to answer people's questions
